As it was just to hand some paperwork in to keep it private, I took and assumed it was free. Was I wrong, when paying for my stamps, she advised the chap at the till that the envelope was 50 pence. I decided to but 40 brown envelopes at £1.59. Based on 50 per small (card sized) one, better deal as 40 of the others at 50p ????? Not good business and customer service.
